The Best Book Guys

After reading ‘Eve and Adam’ (See: https://intothewrittenword.wordpress.com/2014/08/03/eve-and-adam/) I have been wondering what is the best book guy I’ve ever read.

That’s the problem. I don’t particularly love or like any book guys. Sure, Fang from ‘Maximum Ride’ is pretty cool. Marcus from ‘Partials’ is too funny for his own good.

But.

I don’t have a fictional crush. Book or not.

I don’t know why. Perhaps it’s because I don’t believe in love. Now now. Don’t go ‘oh my goodness! Wren!’ I have my reasons, okay? I just don’t believe in love.

But.

I do wonder who people like. Peeta? Gale? Four/Tobias? Percy? Leo? Nico?

(In order, ‘The Hunger Games’, ‘Divergent’, and ‘Heroes of Olympus’/’Percy Jackson and the Olympians’.)

I don’t know. I like brooding guys like Fang (‘Maximum Ride’.) Not too brooding, though. People who can joke like Marcus (‘Partials’) but not too much funny. I like people who have mystery like Po from ‘Graceling’. It’s hard to place my tastes.

I guess…I just have to wait until ‘the one’ comes along. Not that I believe in that. I think ‘the one’ is a myth. A complete and utter myth.
